Do I have to stay at home while you clean my property?

It is not needed to stay at home while we do the cleaning, however you need to be there to let us in and come at the end of the cleaning to inspect the property, check and agree with the standard of cleaning and arrange payment with the team.

Is your company and staff insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and vetted. We do not employ random people without being checked. Most of our stuff is people who we know or are recommended by cleaners who already work for us.

If I am not satisfied what shall I do?

To increase satisfaction level we request you to be at the premises at the end of the service in order to inspect the cleaning with one of our supervisors and in case you are not happy with certain areas, we can re-do them on site. Whatever the case is, give us a call within 24 hours and we will assist to resolve the matter. Complaints made after that period of time will not be considered.

What is your method of payment?

You can pay cash, cheque or with a bank transfer. Note that we accept company cheques only. Bank transfers to be made 24 hours in advance. Cash is paid upon completion and inspection of the service.

Is equipment and materials provided?

Cleaning materials are provided with End of Tenancy Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning. For One Off cleaning, the choice is yours. You can provide your own or we can bring them for you for additional small charge.

Is there any extra charge for cleaning over the weekends or at Bank Holidays?
We work on weekends and on Bank Holidays at no extra charge. Service depends on availability though. So make reservations with a reasonable time notice.
